 D’Mascarenhas Marine and Shipping Services provides practical marine, port and logistics support for demanding infrastructure, dredging, construction and project-cargo operations. Our project experience includes marine craft support, vessel coordination, stevedoring, ship agency consultancy, project-specific supplies and port operations.

2025 | Tuticorin, India

D’Mascarenhas provided marine and operational support for Jan De Nul’s dredging project at Tuticorin Port. The scope included the provision and coordination of service boats, dredging-project-specific materials and tank containers required for the project operations.

Our support was focused on ensuring that the required marine resources and project materials were available to support the ongoing dredging activities and operational requirements at the port.

Ongoing | Agaléga Island, Mauritius

D’Mascarenhas is currently supporting Mahathi Infra Services Private Limited in connection with its projects at Agaléga Island, Mauritius.

Our scope includes stevedoring and ship agency consultancy services for project cargo and vessels from Tuticorin Port. This involves supporting vessel-related requirements and cargo-handling activities associated with the movement of project cargo for the overseas project.

The ongoing engagement reflects our ability to coordinate Tuticorin-based port operations with international project requirements, providing practical marine and logistics support from origin port through project-related vessel and cargo operations.

Ongoing | India

D’Mascarenhas is currently providing marine support for the Varsha Rambilli Project for the Indian Navy through its business partner Immanuvel Enterprises, with dedicated marine craft engaged in project operations.

The marine support includes:

• Multi Utility Tug Boat – Immanuvel 1 
• Supply Boat – Immanuvel 2 
• Supply Boat – Immanuvel 3 

The deployment of dedicated tug and supply boats supports the project’s marine transportation, logistics and operational requirements, with coordination focused on maintaining reliable and responsive marine support throughout the project.

Udangudi, Tamil Nadu, India

D’Mascarenhas has also supported CEM India Projects through its business partner Immanuvel Enterprises in connection with the Udangudi Thermal Power Plant port construction project.

Our involvement included marine and port-related support associated with the project’s logistics and operational requirements. The project required effective coordination of marine activities and stakeholders to support the construction-related operations.
